* Otra de las cosas que creemos puede ser digna de verse es a los muchachos de JPLS ni a Tractile. En el primer caso su sonido entronca con la tradición del techno-dub de raiz profundamente minimalista. Su aproximación a la composición enfatiza los efectos cerebrales del famoso “menos es más”, al tiempo que se esfuerza por añadir a sus sonidos una pizca de confusión. Y tienen un "temita" llamado Green01 que es oírlo, cerrar los ojos y parecerte estar en el DC10!!!
Y en cuanto a Tractile... copio y pego lo que dicen en la web del Sónar: Si alguna vez te has preguntado cuál sería el resultado de unir las bandas sonoras más aterradoras, sexys y excitantes de la historia del cine, con una partitura bailable y robótica, Tractile es la respuesta. Mitad techno metálico, mitad electro-funk 100% Detroit, los cortes de Adam Young y Joel Boychuk son meteoritos sonoros cargados de acción trepidante.

* Another great performance will be the JPLS session. Jeremy Jacobs’s analog attitude is stripped down amongst the ever-growing digital landscape of expanding sound fields. JPLS’ sound falls into a range of dub-punched techno while under the minimal aesthetic from the top down. His mode of procedure emphasizes the cerebral effects of “less is more” and works with precision versus surrounding his sound with clutter. And also have a nice track named Green01, that you listen, close your eyes and can imagine to stay dancing in the fantastic DC10!!!
And about Tractile, as sónar web says: "If someone was asked what it would sound like if all of the most frightening, most exciting and sexiest scenes in cinema history were spliced together and merged with a robotic dance score, Tractile would surely be the reply. One part sparse, metallic techno, one part Detroit style electro-funk Adam Young and Joel Boychuk deliver fast moving, action packed tunes that hurtle forward on several levels."
